Code of conduct
All participants, speakers, and partners must adhere to the following Code of Conduct.
This code applies for the entire duration of the event. The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) is committed to providing a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants, regardless of sex, race, gender, color, ethnic or social origin, genetic characteristics, political opinions, marital status, language, ancestry, religion or belief, minority status, wealth, birth, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by law.
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of participants. No form of harassment is acceptable during the workshop, whether in sessions, discussions, Q&A periods, or any other conference-related setting. Discrimination, harassment, and intimidation will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Participants breaking these rules may be subject to sanctions or expelled from the event. We expect all participants to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. These rules apply to all conference venues as well as to any social events associated with the conference.
If you feel unsafe, observe that someone else may be at risk, or have any concerns, please contact the organizing team immediately.
